HOW I LOSE MY WEIGHT !

Assalamualaikum guys . Yeah! I'am here again . Girls commonly said that diorang x suka gemok , takut gemok and tak mau jadi gemok . You're right ! Absolutely tak maulah, include me . Kite pernah gemok and now still tak dapat capai lagi my dream weight  tapi i'm satisfied enough coz dah dapat lose my weight from 66 kg to 56kg . Omomo! It's means , kite dah lose 10kg in about 10 month . This is my first time tau kite dedahkan my old weight . Maybe for you guys it takes so long period of time , kan ?  But as for me biar lambat asalkan ada hasilnya . You don't need to makan suplement or anything untuk kurus , kurus cara semulajadi pun berhasil  . Please jadikan kite sebagai contoh boleh ? Eh2 menyampahnya ngan pompuan nie . Masuk bakul angkat sendiri nampak . At first , kite tak sedar dah overweight but when i'm talking to my abah, he tenung me macam nak telan pulak . So , i asked him why did he tenung2 .And guess what did he said ? Beliau cakap yang kepala dan badan kite macam duk asing-asing . Perasaan kite during that time ..... TERSENTAP,BEB ! Seriously , kalau orang lain cakap kite still can tolerate but this is my abah . So , i decided to lose my weight . Sekarang badan kite tak dok asing-asing dah . Heheehe ... Sekarang kite dah kurus sikit . Dah boleh berfesyenista baby kiko dah . My last target is 50kg not more or less than that. Daripada tadi kite dok meraban so this is some tips for you guys . Take note please !


1-Don't ever skip your meal .( Make sure korang makan for breakfast , lunch , dinner )

2-Please avoid from minum minuman manis. Drink plain water jer tau ! Nak minum boleh tapi dengan jumlah yang sedikit)

3-Makan kerap but in a small portion jer . Nasi satu genggam .

4-Lebihkan makan sayur and buah-buahan

5-Nak makan coklat boleh tapi secuit jer,dear ~

6-kerapkan bersenam at about 30min tapi for the first time 10min pun jadilah . Senaman ringan macam
   push-up and sit-up amat-amatlah digalakkan

7-Dalam masa seminggu tu korang kena create one day for cheat day. Cheat day ni cam korang makan apa     sahaja yang korang suka without worrying about calories intake. Sehari jer ,ek? Jangan hari-hari sudahlah.

                                                        sila buat muka macam ini !
                                               (tiba-tiba lak this duck face keluar !ngeee)



That's some tips yang kite boleh share dengan korang . Korang kena tegas dengan diri sendiri bila korang make-up your mind to do so . Remember ! Nak kurus boleh tapi make sure jangan terlampau obses sangat. Kite masa mula-mula start diet , memang tak sabar nak tengok hasilnya  so kite tak makan . And, kite pengsan for a while sampai terbalik habis kipas dekat rumah . Sedar-sedar kepala kite dah benjol sebab terhantuk dekat meja .Kite merayu sangat - sangat dengan korang , jangan contohi perbuatan yang tidak berape elok itu yer ! Lastly , i just wanna say  gud luck . Omomomo ... jangan lupa follow my blog yer !
